Gold Price Today: Gold prices are witnessing continuous fluctuations. Following the market’s closure on Saturday and Sunday, it is set to open today, Monday, May 25. On the Multi Commodity Exchange (MCX), the futures price for 24-carat gold stood at ₹1,58,588 per 10 grams, recording a decline of ₹91. It is worth noting that on January 29, gold had reached its all-time high of ₹1,80,779 per 10 grams in the futures market.
Consequently, gold is currently available at a significantly lower price than at its peak. According to the Indian Bullion and Jewellers Association (IBJA), 24-carat gold was recorded at ₹1,58,117 per 10 grams by the time the market closed last week.
